W11 Discussion: Professional Toolbox

This week I found it interesting to experience seeing how I can help accommodate individuals with disabilities and find tools to help them express themselves through art mainly painting and drawing an seeing them being abe to complete their art despise their disabilities. Was amazing to self expression, emotions through color and many more things that helped them express themselves through something simple as art

  This week I found it fascinating to experience what it would be like to have a disability when playing a sport and I learned a lot on how to communicate with people with disabilities and I also respected them more for pushing through their struggles and  not seeing their disabilities as a weakness but rather find a way to still be able to have fun, enjoy every moment and find a positive way to push  through their struggles

  In this week's lesson, the thing I found most enlightening was learning how i can use my networking and social media to help people with disabilities connect with people with the same struggles and as well spread awarness and ask help to make people with disabilities feel more included in our communities

W08 Discussion: Professional Toolbox

  In this week's lesson, the thing I found most enlightening was learning how to better understand the needs of people with wheelchairs and how can I better include them in sports activities and make them accessible and even fun for them keeping in mind their needs and also communicate with them to better understand what can I do better to help.  

The one thing I will try to use shortly is to learn more about the needs of people with wheelchairs and see how can I include them in more sociable activities.
