W07 Discussion: Professional Toolbox

  In this week's lesson, the thing I found most enlightening learning was how can we make our facilities even more accessible for people with different disabilities. In this case, we learned about deaf people and I loved how we can even make people with hearing loss disabilities feel more included by having people and coaches for example who can sign language and make them feel included.

The one thing I will try to use shortly is to learn more about other disabilities so that I can incorporate and learn how to make them feel more welcomed and included in my facilities

   In this week's lesson, the thing I found most enlightening learning was how simple things such as the example rock climbing can help build foundations to deal with bigger problems like depression, such as making goals, surrounding ourselves with people who support those goals, and lead us in the right way and how self-discipline and overcome little problems out of time can help our self-confidence with bigger problems. 

The one thing I will try to use shortly is to make more purposeful goals in my own life and as well pay attention to the little blessings I´m given everyday so I don´t fall into the negative mindsets.

  In this week's lesson, a thing I found most enlightening learning about the disability of a person being blind and how can we help them feel included in activities as well as make them feel happy by learning about them as a person and what things make them happy in their day to day life 

The one thing I will try to use shortly is to spread the love of Christ to people with disabilities and well share my testimony and try to make them see the way God sees them as his children and loves them unconditionally
